In the workshop „Violent Interactions“, we want to discuss questions that might have come up from watching the piece „Violent Event ˟“ and practically explore interacting with each other violently. Through tasks and exercises, we want to experiment with physically touching upon borders concerning the phenomenon of violence while at the same time not transgressing them. How is dealing with the (taboo of) violence possible without sacrificing the body? Which kinds of potentially destructive interactions can we make accessible to produce scenes of violence that are not negating their content entirely? If negating violence produces more violence in the extreme, is there the possibility of a living „with“ violence? We will speak about it and try out things!
